Inkorora ku Bana: Impamvu Ziyitera, Uko wamufasha murugo n’Igihe cyo kujya kwa Muganga

  • Ku bana bafite amezi arenga 12, ubuki buke bushobora gufasha kugabanya ububabare bwo mu muhogo no gukorora. Ntibugomba guhabwa abana bari munsi y’umwaka umwe kubera ibyago byo kurwara botulism.
  • Inkorora ishobora guterwa n’impamvu zitandukanye: indwara, asima, allergies, cyangwa reflux. Niba umwana afite inkorora ijyana no guhumeka nabi, umuriro, cyangwa imyitwarire idasanzwe, jya kwa muganga vuba.

Kuki abana bakorora?

Inkorora akenshi iterwa n’uko mu nzira y’umwuka harimo ikintu kiyibabaza.

Ku bana bato, akenshi biterwa n’imyenge imanuka mu muhogo (postnasal drip). Ni uburyo umubiri ukoresha usohora imyandae mu muhogo.

Bimwe mu byo wakora uri murugo:

1. Guha umwana amazi (Fluids)

Guha umwana amazi ahagije bifasha koroshya imyenge kugira ngo ayikure neza mu muhogo.

  • Ku bana bato: kumwonsa kenshi cyangwa amata y’ifu.
  • Ku bana bakuzeho gato: amazi cyangwa umutobe utarimo isukari nyinshi.

2. Gukoresha amazi ya saline mu zuru

Gushyira utuzi twa saline mu zuru bifasha koroshya imyenge yumaganye.

  • Shyira utuzi 2–3 muri buri zuru inshuro nyinshi ku munsi.
  • Umwana ashobora kwitsamura—ni ibisanzwe.

3. Gukoresha igikoresho cyo gukuramo imyenge (suction)

Nyuma ya saline, ushobora gukoresha agapira (bulb syringe) gukuramo imyenge mu zuru.

  • Ntukabikore kenshi cyane kuko bishobora gutera ibindi bibazo mu izuru.
  • Nanone ntukabikore niba utabisobanukiwe kuko byatera ingaruka zikomeye.

4. Gukoresha humidifier

Kongera ubuhehere mu cyumba umwana araramo bifasha imyenge kugenda neza.

  • Gerageza kongera ubuhehere kigira hagati ya 40% na 50%.
  • Sukura igikoresho buri munsi.

5. Guha ubuki (ku bana barengeje umwaka)

  • Tanga 1/2 kugeza ku kiyiko 1 mbere yo kuryama. Ubuki bufasha koroshya umuhogo no kugabanya inkorora.
