AMABWIRIZA AGOMBA GUKURIKIZWA MU GUTEGURA INGINGO Z'UBUZIMA:

Buri mwanditsi agomba gukurikiza iyi gahunda mu gutegura ingingo zose z’ubuzima:

  1. GUSOBANURA IKIBAZO CY'UBUZIMA CYANGWA INDWARA (DEFINITION / OVERVIEW)
  2. Buri ngingo igomba gutangira isobanura neza:

    • indwara cyangwa ikibazo cy’ubuzima kivugwa;
    • icyo bisobanura mu magambo yoroshye;
    • abantu bashobora guhura nacyo;
    • amakuru azwi muri rusange mu baturage.

    Umwanditsi agomba kwirinda gukoresha amagambo atuma abantu bagira ubwoba cyangwa kwizera amakuru adafite gihamya.

    Intego ni ugufasha umusomyi gusobanukirwa icyo ikibazo ari cyo.

  3. IBYO SIYANSI IBUGA KURI ICYO KIBAZO (SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE)
  4. Ingingo igomba gusobanura:

    • icyo ubushakashatsi bwa siyansi bwerekana;
    • uko inzobere mu buzima zisobanura icyo kibazo;
    • amakuru yemewe n’ibigo byizewe by’ubuzima.

    Amakuru agomba gushingira ku bimenyetso (evidence-based information), ntabwo agomba gushingira ku bihuha, ibitekerezo gusa cyangwa imiti itaragenzuwe.

  5. IMPAMVU N'IBITERA IKIBAZO (CAUSES AND RISK FACTORS)
  6. Iyo bishoboka, ingingo igomba gusobanura:

    • impamvu zizwi zishobora gutera ikibazo;
    • ibintu byongera ibyago byo kukirwara;
    • amatsinda ashobora kugira ibyago byinshi.

    Umwanditsi agomba kwirinda kuvuga ko ikintu runaka ari cyo gitera indwara niba nta bimenyetso bya siyansi bihari.

  7. IBIMENYETSO N'UBURYO BIGARAGARA (SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS)
  8. Ingingo igomba gutandukanya::

    • ibimenyetso bikunze kuboneka;
    • ibimenyetso bishobora kuboneka kuri bamwe;
    • igihe umuntu agomba kwitabaza inzobere mu by’ubuzima.

    NB: Amakuru ntakwiye gutuma umusomyi yisuzuma indwara (self-diagnosis) ashingiye gusa ku byo asomye.

  9. ISUZUMA N'UBUVUZI BUTANGWA N'INZOBERE (MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT)
  10. Iyo amakuru ahari, ingingo ishobora gusobanura:

    • uburyo abaganga basuzuma ikibazo;
    • ibizamini bishobora gukoreshwa;
    • uburyo bwo kuvura bwemewe n’ubuvuzi busanzwe.

    Ariko:

    • ntitwandika amabwiriza yo kwivura;
    • ntitugira umuntu inama yo gutangira cyangwa guhagarika imiti;
    • ntitusezeranya gukira.

    Buri gihe dushishikariza abasomyi kugana inzobere.

  11. UBURYO BWO KWIYITAHO MURUGO (HOME MANAGEMENT / SELF-CARE)
  12. Iyo hari uburyo bwemewe bwo kwiyitaho mu rugo, bushobora gusobanurwa nka:

    • uburyo bwo kugabanya ibimenyetso byoroheje;
    • uburyo bwo kwita ku mubiri;
    • ibintu byafasha umuntu gukomeza kugira ubuzima bwiza.

    Ibi ntibigomba kugaragara nk’ubuvuzi busimbura muganga.
    Nta makuru yo gukoresha imiti, ibyatsi cyangwa inyongeramusaruro atagenzuwe agomba gutangazwa.

  13. UBURYO BWO KWIRINDA (PREVENTION)
  14. Niba bishoboka, buri ngingo igomba gushyiramo uburyo bwo kugabanya ibyago, harimo:

    • imirire myiza;
    • isuku;
    • imyitwarire iboneye;
    • gukingirwa aho bikenewe;
    • kwipimisha no gukurikiranwa n’abaganga.

    Uburyo bwo kwirinda bugomba kuba bushingiye ku nama zemewe n’ubuzima rusange.

  15. UMWANZURO (CONCLUSION)
  16. Buri ngingo igomba kurangira:

    • isubiramo ry’ibitekerezo by’ingenzi;
    • ubutumwa bw’ubuzima bwiza;
    • kwibutsa abasomyi igihe cyo gushaka ubufasha bw’umuganga.

    NB: Umwanzuro ntugomba gutanga ubwishingizi bwo gukira cyangwa ibisubizo byihuse.

  17. AMASOKO N'IBISOBANURO BYIFASHISHIJWE (REFERENCES)
  18. Ingingo zose z’ubuzima zigomba kugira amasoko yizewe aho bishoboka.
    Amasoko ashobora kuba:

    • ubushakashatsi bw’ubuvuzi;
    • ibitabo by’ubuvuzi;
    • imbuga z’ibigo by’ubuzima byemewe;
    • amabwiriza y’inzego z’ubuzima;
    • inyandiko zishingiye ku bimenyetso bya siyansi.

    Umwanditsi agomba kwirinda gukoresha:

    • amakuru atagira inkomoko;
    • imbuga zitizewe;
    • ibihuha byo ku mbuga nkoranyambaga.



AMATEGEKO RUSANGE KU BWANDITSI

Abanditsi ba Elämä Rwanda bagomba:

  • gukoresha ururimi rwumvikana ku bantu bose;
  • kwirinda amagambo akabya nka “umuti wizewe”, “ukiza burundu”, cyangwa “umuti w’igitangaza”;
  • gutandukanya amakuru n’inama z’ubuvuzi;
  • gushyira imbere umutekano w’umusomyi;
  • kuvugurura amakuru igihe ubumenyi bushya bubonetse.
