ICYITONDERWA: Igihe cyose ukoresheje urubuga, bisobanura ko wasomye, wasobanukiwe kandi wemeye gukurikiza ibikubiye muri iki cyitonderwa cy'ubuzima. Ntitugomba kubazwa ingaruka (izo ari zo zose) zijyanye n'ubuzima bwawe, mu gihe wirengagije kubahiriza ibyavuzwe hano.

  1. AMAKURU YO KURI URU RUBUGA NTABWO ARI UBUVUZI BWIHARIYE
  2. Ibiri kuri Elämä Rwanda bishobora kuba bikubiyemo:

    • amakuru ku ndwara n’ibimenyetso byazo;
    • uburyo bwo kwirinda indwara;
    • inama rusange ku buzima n’imirire;
    • amakuru ajyanye no kwita ku mubiri no ku buzima bwo mu mutwe;
    • ibisobanuro ku bintu bitandukanye birebana n’ubuzima.

    Aya makuru atangwa kugira ngo afashe abantu gusobanukirwa neza ibibazo by’ubuzima, ariko ntagomba gufatwa nk’isuzuma (rya muganga) cyangwa ubuvuzi bw’umuntu ku giti cye.

  3. NTUGASIMBUZE (INAMA ZA) MUGANGA AMAKRU YO KURI URU RUBUGA
  4. Nubwo dukora uko dushoboye ngo dutange amakuru asobanutse kandi afasha, Elämä Rwanda ntishobora kwemeza ko buri makuru ari akwiriye buri muntu, kuko ubuzima bwa buri muntu butandukanye.
    Niba ufite:

    • ikibazo cyihutirwa cy’ubuzima;
    • indwara isanzwe isaba gukurikiranwa;
    • ikibazo cy’umwana, umugore utwite, cyangwa umuntu ufite ubundi burwayi;

    Shaka ubufasha bwo kwa muganga cyangwa ikigo cy’ubuzima kibifitiye ububasha.

  5. NTABWO DUTANGA IMITI CYANGWA UBURYO BWO KWIVURA
  6. Binyuze hano, ku rubuga rwa Elämä Rwanda, ntabwo dutanga:

    • amabwiriza yo gutangira, guhagarika cyangwa guhindura imiti;
    • ibisobanuro bisimbura ibyo umuganga yavuze;
    • ubuvuzi bwihariye ku muntu runaka.

    Ntugahindure cyangwa ngo uhagarike imiti wandikiwe n’umuganga ushingiye gusa ku makuru wasomye kuri uru rubuga.

  7. IBYEREKEYE IMITI, INYUNGANIRAMIRIRE N'UBURYO KAREMANO
  8. Amakuru yerekeye imiti, ibiribwa byunganira imirire, cyangwa uburyo karemano bwo kwita ku buzima atangwa gusa mu rwego rwo kumenyekanisha amakuru.
    Ibyo ntibivuze ko:

    • buri muntu agomba kubikoresha;
    • nta ngaruka bishobora kugira;
    • bishobora gusimbura ubuvuzi busanzwe.

    Buri gihe banza ubaze inzobere mu by’ubuzima mbere yo gukoresha ikintu gishobora kugira ingaruka ku buzima bwawe.

  9. IBYEREKEYE AMAKOSA CYANGWA IMPINDUKA Z'AMAKURU
  10. Nubwo duharanira gukoresha amakuru yizewe kandi agezweho, ubumenyi mu buvuzi burahinduka uko ubushakashatsi bushya bugenda buboneka.

    Elämä Rwanda ntisezeranya ko amakuru yose azahora ari mashya cyangwa atagira amakosa.

    Turashishikariza abasomyi kugenzura amakuru no kugisha inama inzobere muby'ubuzima.

  11. IBITEKEREZO N'INAMA BY'ABASOMYI
  12. Ibitekerezo bitangwa n’abasura uru rubuga cyangwa abandi bakoresha serivisi zacu ntabwo bihagararira byanze bikunze ibitekerezo bya Elämä Rwanda.

    Ntabwo dushinzwe ibyemezo umuntu yafata ashingiye ku bitekerezo cyangwa ku makuru aturuka ku bandi.

  13. AMATANGAZO N'ABAFATANYABIKORWA
  14. Uru rubuga rushobora kugaragaza amatangazo cyangwa serivisi z’abandi bafatanyabikorwa.

    Kuba ikintu cyamamaza cyangwa cyerekanwe kuri uru rubuga ntibivuze ko Elämä Rwandaa yemeza, ishyigikira cyangwa igira uruhare mu bwiza cyangwa imikorere y’iyo serivisi cyangwa igicuruzwa.

  15. UBUZIMA BWIHUTIRWA
  16. Niba ufite ikibazo cyihutirwa cy’ubuzima, ntutegereze amakuru cyangwa inama yo kuri internet.

    Shaka ubufasha bwihuse binyuze ku nzego z’ubuzima zibifitiye ububasha cyangwa ujye ku kigo nderabuzima cyangwa ibitaro bikwegereye.

    Igihe cyose ukoresheje uru rubuga, bisobanura ko wasomye, wasobanukiwe kandi wemera ko amakuru aboneka hano ari ayo kwigisha no gufasha gusobanukirwa gusa, kandi ko adasimbura w’ubujyanama bw’umuganga.
