Guhumeka bisanzwe ku mwana

Abana bavutse vuba (newborns) bashobora guhumeka vuba kurusha abantu bakuru. Ibi ni ibisanzwe kuko:

  • Ibihaha byabo biracyakura
  • Imitsi yabo iracyari yoroshye
  • Bahumeka cyane bakoresheje izuru


Ubusanzwe umwana uri munsi y’amezi 6 ahumeka inshuro 40–60 ku munota.


Iyo asinziriye, bishobora kugabanuka bikagera kuri 30 ku munota.


Hari igihe ashobora:

  • Guhagarika guhumeka amasegonda 5–10, hanyuma akongera guhumeka vuba (ibi byitwa periodic breathing)
  • Ibi ni ibisanzwe igihe bidarenze amasegonda 10

Hamagara (mujyane kwa) muganga niba umwana:

  • Afite umuriro urenze 38°C (birihutirwa cyane niba ari munsi y’amezi 3)

  • Guhumeka bigoranye cyangwa kunanirwa guhumeka
  • Guhumeka inshuro zirenga 60 ku munota
  • Kugira ijwi ryo “gusemeka cyangwa kwanira” igihe asohora umwuka
  • Amazuru araguka cyane igihe ahumeka
  • Imitsi yo mu gatuza cyangwa mu ijosi irikwega cyane igihe ahumeka
  • Uruhu ruhinduka ubururu cyangwa imvi (cyane ku munwa cyangwa mu maso)
  • Kunanirwa kurira neza
  • Kubura amazi (dehydration) kubera kutarya


Ibi ni ibintu byihutirwa Niba bitoroshye ko wahita umugeza kwa muganga, wahamagara ubutabazi bwihuse (911 cyangwa serivisi z’aho uherereye).

Abana bafite ibyago byinshi

  • Abavutse mbere y’igihe bagombaga kuvukira (premature)kuko baba baravutse ibihaha byabo bitarakura neza.
  • Abavutse hakoreshejwe uburyo bwo kubagwa (cesarean)haba hari ibyago byinsho ko bashobora kuzagira ibibazo byo ubuhumekero mu minsi izaza.

Inama ku babyeyi n’abarezi

  • Menya uko umwana wawe asanzwe ahumeka igihe ari muzima
  • Niba ufite impungenge, mukurikirane amasaha make urebe impinduka
  • Fata videwo y’ibimenyetso bikugora gusobanura uyereke muganga

  • Gushyira umwana ku mugongo igihe asinziriye ni byo bifasha guhumeka neza kandi ni byo bifite umutekano kurusha ibindi.
  • Impinduka zidasanzwe mu guhumeka zishobora kuba ikimenyetso gikomeye – jya uhita ushaka ubufasha.
