Guhumeka bisanzwe ku mwana
Abana bavutse vuba (newborns) bashobora guhumeka vuba kurusha abantu bakuru. Ibi ni ibisanzwe kuko:
- Ibihaha byabo biracyakura
- Imitsi yabo iracyari yoroshye
- Bahumeka cyane bakoresheje izuru
Ubusanzwe umwana uri munsi y’amezi 6 ahumeka inshuro 40–60 ku munota.
Iyo asinziriye, bishobora kugabanuka bikagera kuri 30 ku munota.
Hari igihe ashobora:
- Guhagarika guhumeka amasegonda 5–10, hanyuma akongera guhumeka vuba (ibi byitwa periodic breathing)
- Ibi ni ibisanzwe igihe bidarenze amasegonda 10

- Menya uko umwana wawe asanzwe ahumeka igihe ari muzima
- Niba ufite impungenge, mukurikirane amasaha make urebe impinduka
- Fata videwo y’ibimenyetso bikugora gusobanura uyereke muganga
